Omnisphere software version 2.8.6c :
• Added support for replacing VST2 with VST3.
• Fixed an issue on macOS where the tool repeatedly asked the user to log in.
• Fixed an issue in the Chorus Echo effect where changing the tempo could create clicking artifacts.
• Fixed an issue where the plugin could crash when sending long MIDI SysEx messages.
• Fixed an issue where Multi load actions could fail when using MIDI events to load a multi into multiple plugin instances at the same time.
• Fixed an issue where the Unison and Harmonia phase controls would disappear when the GUI was minimized.
• Fixed an issue where VST2 or AAX plugins could crash when the DAW loaded the plugin’s saved state with the GUI closed.
• Fix for a VST2 crash that could occur when a plugin was placed in subfolders containing a space character.
• Resolved an issue where the plugin could receive corrupt host value automation values ​​from Logic Pro when changing automation assignments in the plugin.
• VST3 only: Fixed an issue where MIDI clips created by MIDI Arpeggiator Capture would play back at half speed on the host.
• Windows only: GUI performance issues have been resolved.

    Tip for everyone in the case disc C is full: I put file “Steam” in disc H (any other), then click view -> Hidden items -> open Programdata -> spectrasonics -> i create new file shortcut name “Steam” and link it to file “Steam” in disc H. Then i open Omnisphere and it work.

    nevermind, fixed it, I hit diagnostics then waited for it, hit ok then it worked
