Smart Overview is the foundation of our intelligent performance system. By analyzing your performance immediately before it’s played, our engine can respond musically rather than mechanically, delivering significantly improved realism and unlocking powerful performance features. Smooth legato, natural passages, and organic phrasing—all unfold seamlessly as you play, thanks to the intelligent overview.
Adaptive Phrasing
For Pandora and Lineage Percussion, we developed adaptive sync. In Lineage Strings, we’re introducing adaptive phrasing, applying the same time-saving concept to articulation. Adaptive Phrasing transforms a single articulation into a flexible performance tool. By tracking note duration, velocity, and repetition, it automatically selects the most appropriate articulation for each musical moment. The result is phrasing that follows your performance and maintains the musicality and focus of your lines—without constantly switching articulations. Need complete control? Simply hold a key to force any articulation at any time, such as pizzicato.
Intelligent Arrangement
The Lineage string arranger automatically orchestrates your performance for violin I, violin II, viola, cello, and double bass, creating authentic string ensemble voicings in a single performance. You can fully customize the behavior of each section, but what truly sets the arranger apart is its intelligent automatic mode, customizable for each instrument. Play a chord, and the engine naturally distributes notes across the ensemble. If certain sections are assigned specific roles (for example, the top note), the remaining instruments are automatically arranged around them, just as a real orchestrator would. Enjoy beautifully balanced, realistic ensemble singing without manually separating parts or juggling MIDI tracks.
Polyphonic Legato
Lineage Strings intelligently tracks voicings, allowing multiple legato lines to sound simultaneously. This frees you to focus on the music.
Precise Control
