Also recorded at Warm Studios in Texas, this alto saxophone continues the tradition of our tenor saxophone library, offering the same playability and articulation, with a few unique additions.
Articulation options include: legato with smooth transition, tongue-blended legato, glissando, short bend attack, long bend attack, short bend fall, long bend fall, glissando, taper attack, and bend ornamentation.
In addition to the unprocessed Alto Sax master patch, we’ve also included several processed presets: Hyped (brighter, with a slight chorus), Dreams (brighter, with a wetter reverb), and Nostalgia (mono, lo-fi, with a slight distortion).
It’s great as a lead solo instrument and also pairs seamlessly with a tenor.
