This distribution is based on XLN Audio – Addictive Keys Complete v1.5.4.2 (parent) and will not work without it.
This distribution contains only the plugin in the NO INSTALL format, the sample library must be obtained from the parent distribution.
Why is this done: most of the distribution of XLN Audio plugins is a sound library, there is no point in duplicating it here.
Changes compared to the installation from the parent distribution:
1. Removed uninstaller
2. Removed files for MacOS.
3. Added links to folders with logs and application settings.
Installation:
0. Download the parent distribution from the link above (Setup Addictive Keys v1.5.4.2.exe can not be downloaded).
1. Place the Addictive Keys folder in a location convenient for you.
2. Run AK_Library_Placer.exe from this folder
3. Run install.cmd from this distribution.
4. Run XLN_KeyGen.exe from the parent distribution, click Get and after Computer ID appears, click Register(WIN)
When you say, “Run AK_Library_Placer.exe from this folder,” do you mean the Addictive Keys folder or the folder of the child distro?
