Description :

EM-900
Carefully simulates the DAC circuits, low-pass filter topologies, and signal characteristics of 17 legendary samplers from the 80s and 90s. Pass any audio through it and instantly add warm, crisp, lo-fi sound.
Get grain and aliasing artifacts from the SP-1200. Powerful lows from the MPC60. A cool analog filter from the S950. A compressed, toy-like texture from the Casio SK-1.
Recreate the aliasing artifacts made famous by the detune technique in ’90s hip-hop with the SP-1200 and apply this effect to any sampler in your collection. Or stretch your breakbeats and samples through the S950/S1000-style time-stretching engine to create the metallic, phased, and choppy artifacts that defined jungle and drum ‘n’ bass music in the ’90s.
Every sampler and filter in the EM-900 is modular. Combine the aggressive SP-1200 DAC with the cool S950 filter. Run the bit-crushing MPC60 through the Emax ladder filter. Layer aliasing on top of any combination. Mix and match to create something completely unique.
Whether you need crunchy drums, dense samples, or an entire mix drenched in texture, the EM-900 lets you achieve it in seconds. Decades of character in a single plugin.

TS-440
A cassette deck emulation that accurately models 20 real-world cassette decks and 4 tape types, capturing the unique preamp characteristics, equalizer topology, head response, and playback mechanism of each device.
Every cassette deck has its own unique sonic signature. The TS-440 models each of them, from the warm JFET input stage of the original TEAC 144 to the powerful op-amp circuits of the Tascam 424 series. Crank up the input signal to overdrive the preamp and drive it into harmonic saturation, or bypass tape entirely to use the TS-440 exclusively as a channel processor.
The TS-440 also includes four tape types, each offering different compression and saturation styles: Ferrichrome Type I, Chrome Type II, Ferrichrome Type III, and Metallic Type IV. The different processing of each tape is one of the TS-440’s most powerful creative tools.
In addition to the preamp, the TS-440 allows you to directly monitor the physical wear of your tape and playback mechanism. Simulate years of use and damage by adjusting tape aging, head wear, drift, flutter, dropouts, hiss, and other low-frequency artifacts.
Like many vintage tape recorders, the TS-440 allows you to control the playback pitch for detuned, distorted effects. Three tape speeds further shape the sound’s character: lower speeds naturally increase hiss, richness, and wow.
33 factory presets provide instant starting points for the full range of the TS-440’s capabilities, from clean studio masters to fully distorted tape effects. Use them as is or as a starting point for creating your own sounds.
Whether you’re looking for distorted low-frequency textures on individual tracks or seeking subtle analog warmth and natural compression on your mixing bus with impeccable hi-fi sound on metal tape, the TS-440 is up to the task. Twenty unique preamps, four tape options, and extensive attenuation options provide a range of sounds, from using the tape machine as an instrument to using it as a mastering tool.
