In addition to using digital instruments and synthesis to “sculpt” and create these drums, we made extensive use of CPA Studios equipment for processing and flavoring, sampling the core elements of classic drum machines from the 808 and 909 and running them through our Neve racks. 1073 Preamp & EQ, SSL E Channel Strips, Maag Air EQ4, Revox Tape Machine, Distressor, Pultec EQ, Blackbox HG2, Neve Silk and of course A/D clipping via Dangerous Covert AD+ for that elusive punch.
You’ll find carefully crafted, hard-edged modern trap and drill sounds, as well as clean and original drum instruments, perfect for creating your own drum and percussion creations. Full Hard Clipped Kicks & Snares can be dragged into a sampler or DAW to instantly have your drums ready to mix, or select more dynamic, energetic and unclipped drums if you prefer to work on your mix and clip your own drums!
The pack includes over 75 loops, ranging from full drum loops to individual stomps, hi-hat and percussion loops that instantly add flavor to your drum bus.
