Description : This EZX for EZdrummer 3 and Superior Drummer 3 is a collection of unique kits from the mid-1900s era, each hand-picked to create the best mix for everything from acoustic pop to edgy soul, R&B and any thick sounding beats. It was recorded by engineer and producer Christopher Berg (Depeche Mode, The Knife, Fever Ray) and drummer Christopher Cantillo (Carly Rae Jepsen, Mayer Hawthorne, Dina Ögon) at the famous Svenska Grammofonstudion (SGS) in Gothenburg, Sweden. With its main live room boasting an impressive 10 meter ceiling height, yet still with a very low-key atmosphere and tight enough for any modern beats, yet projecting enough air into the room to retain that natural vintage drum tone.
In addition to the setups, there are a variety of presets included, from raw and naturally organic mixes to completely contrasting ones, including complex chains of saturation, distortion, compression and more. All this, combined with a basic library of drum grooves, will give you all the tools you need to start creating drum parts in no time.
Installation :
Copy the EZX3_ModernRetro folder to the directory where the other EZX libraries are located.
Copy the 1952@EZX_MODERN_RETRO folder to the Midi directory where the other midi grooves are stored.
