Well, I would say the link to the download DO WORK. And the plugin opens, but all the kits are labeled as ‘Not Installed’. Finding no solution to that…

The included instructions are incorrect on placing the App & Sound Data folders. The instructions advise placing the App & Library folders in the directory “/Library/Application Support/XLN Audio/XLN Online Installer/App/Licenses”. That would allow the sounds preview, however the kits do not work.
The working directory is is in the Addictive Drums 2 folder “/Library/Application Support/XLN Audio/Addictive Drums 2”.
After running the Update, rebuild the App and Sound Data folder without copying over the ADBV0002 folder, ADBV0002.resources (within the App folder), and the ADBV0002 folder (within the Sound Data folder).
