Versatile creative distortion and filter effect. A smooth filter, powerful distortion and sound modulation turn tracks from fine filtering into real chaos.
Turbo Distortion Filter:
Create amazing textures from subtle to destructive.
Add dynamic movement to static sounds.
Incredible build-up and destruction effect.
DRIVER is an inspiring creative tool from the creator of MASSIVE, a rare combination of a high quality filter with harsh distortion. The smooth filter section provides a wide range of effects, from ultra-fine to incredibly rich, while two modulation sources produce dramatic texture shifts.
The distortion section is capable of everything from mild saturation to complete sonic destruction. Working as a standalone effect in any DAW or as an effect in a MASCHINE, the driver is ideal for any track that requires fresh musical color, complete destruction, or a smooth transition from one to the next.
DRIVER’s intuitive user interface hides a powerful set of customizable features. The resonant filter offers both low pass and notch settings. Explore a world of wild new textures by modulating the filter with envelope or audio modulation sections.
Fine-tune the envelope follower with the Smooth and Release controls for fine control of filter sensitivity, or trigger DRIVER with an input signal to give any track dynamic movement.
The DRIVER distortion section is a sonic beast ready to scratch, abuse and tear your tracks to shreds. Raise the levels of resonance and distortion to go from light, crunchy overtones to thick, fuzzy bliss, and the sound responds dynamically to audio input.
When using the AM section in audio mode, the Clip Cut control allows you to plunge your tracks into the dungeon of sonic devastation.
