Description : EZbass is a great-sounding virtual bass instrument with fundamental features that make it easy to add bass guitar to your tracks. The instrument promises the same level of convenience and flexibility, as well as high-quality sound and realism, inherent in the entire EZline series. The virtual bassist combines working with MIDI with advanced skills for writing bass parts in various styles of music. Sample

libraries support various articulations, including legato, vibrato, slides, hammers and pools, harmonics and other sound extraction techniques. EZbass has a built-in effects section, consisting of emulations of bass amps and cabinets, as well as pedals and rack processing.
There is also an extensive groove library. All MIDI parts are recorded with the utmost attention to the nuances of performance. Grooves are divided into styles, while the library engine adapts grooves to the tonality of the project.

CHANGES
General
Minimum OS requirements have been raised to macOS 10.13 and Windows 10.
High-resolution graphics have been added for most GUI elements.
Added support for recorded palm mutes in new EBX libraries – key switch C0.
“50%” has been added to the available GUI scales.
The buttons for Next and Previous sound library preset will no longer switch from a standard library preset to a User Preset (which can be using a different library) or vice versa.

BUG FIXES
General
Undoing a library change as part of undoing multiple steps at once (through the history menu) no longer causes a freeze.
Clicking the arrow buttons for next/previous preset did not show any “Preparing” screen.
The asterisk next to the preset name (indicating a modification) was incorrectly removed by “Rescan User Presets” and some other menu commands.
MIDI Learn presets were neither saved nor loaded.
Using MIDI Out from AU did not work well for key switches in some cases.
On Mac in scales other than 100%, text did not have exactly the intended width (kerning), in some cases causing for example button texts to not fit.
In Pro Tools, setting a new default project in EZbass and adding a new instance (in the same session) would not use the new default project.

Installation is possible on a “clean” system, or over a previously installed version.
Special thanks to: Team VR

How to add additional libraries?
Copy the library folder ( EZB – library name ) to the directory where the EZbass factory libraries are located.
Default path (for Windows users): C:\ProgramData\Toontrack\EZBass\
Default path (for Mac users): Library > Application Support > EZbass
