Quena is one of the most famous wind instruments of Peru, made of bamboo or bone.
Kuntur Flute, also known as Condor Flute, is named after the majestic Andean condor, a sacred symbol of Inca culture. Made of wood or bone, this flute produces mesmerizingly beautiful sounds filled with the spirit of the Andes.
Hula-hula, created by Kike and less well known, is a set of pipes of different lengths fastened together. Each pipe produces a specific note when blown, creating a melodic range. These wind instruments symbolize the cultural identity and heritage of Peru. Performed in both traditional ceremonies and modern compositions, they continue to inspire and preserve the essence of Peruvian musical traditions, allowing us to travel back in time and experience the soul-stirring melodies of this amazing country.
