Beatmaker 3.0.1 changelog:
Fixed an issue where headers were missing if the home directory was not in the default location of the operating system.
Fixed an issue where some loop keys were not randomized when rolling the dice.
HYPE: Fixed an issue where audio preview/playback in the sample selection window did not work for some plugin formats.

TCD Note: TCD has successfully fixed a bug
in the UJAM code so that you can view .mp3 files without
Beatmaker3 crashing and going to the desktop.
The problem is that their code downloads the file
without any problems, but then, in the process of
doing its job, it simply
decides that it is a network address. It appends
\ to the local location of the file, thus
creating an “invalid network address”.
The code looks something like this to a human:

The fix was to remove the two \’s, so it looked like this
file:\
Now everything works as it should. Even the official
trial version suffers from this “bad” code. So enjoy the new
version, fix the bugs and keep up the good work.
TCD Note #2: The official installer does not have
an .mp3 preview for the song “GLORY”,
so it will play without sound if you try to listen to it.
