Additional information :
The 412 ORNG Essentials wave audio format impulse response library is based on measurement data from and seeking to recreate the sound of an Orange Amps® PPC412 4×12 closed back cabinet loaded with UK-made Celestion® Vintage 30 speakers from 2010.
This particular combination results in sound best described as “chonky”, attributable to the extra deep and chunky sounding cabinet paired with a production period of V30’s that had a tiny bit of juicy honk to the midrange. This sound signature is a unique, one of a kind tone suitable for indy, rock, stoner, metal, and anything in between.
