All sounds were recorded straight from the soundboard, masterfully controlled by our resident turntable and scratch artist DJ Quartz, delivering an authentic vinyl sound in a truly expressive and highly exciting instrument. Take your performance a step further by enabling independent pitch and speed controls. Then create complex builds and inserts by triggering 6 built-in effects including 2 delays, phaser, beat crusher, reverb and repeater from your controller’s keyboard. Add a 3-band EQ and resonance filter and you have a professional mixer and effects units right at your fingertips! Scratch Machine comes with a huge library of samples and phrases. There are over 4,200 phrases in total, covering a variety of classic phrases, including vocal licks, break beats, and even Speak n’ Spell scratches. All phrases are now available for use in UVI Workstation or your DAW of choice, just drag and drop them where you need them!
