Description : Vintage Channel Strip consists of three plug-ins: EQ 601, Compressor 260 and Compressor 276, reproducing the sound characteristics of several classic hardware equalizers and compressors of the 1970s. Accurately reflecting the analog circuitry of these hardware masterpieces, these plug-ins have also been fine-tuned by leading engineers to provide an interface that combines ease of operation with exceptional sonic results.
The EQ 601 combines the sound of a classic 1970s EQ with a wide range of practical features. The plug-in offers six fully parametric ranges, allowing you to control the frequency with maximum precision. The low and high bands include shelving filters, while the four mid-ranges come with peaking filters, faithfully reproducing both the boost and cut response of vintage analog equipment. Drive mode allows the engineer to bring the original analog distortion characteristics of the good old days back to the modern DAW system
The Compressor 276 is a stereo compressor that has taken many professional productions to sonic perfection. Providing classic-style compression based on the power of the best studio-grade equipment, the Compressor 276 is the perfect choice for both acoustic instruments and vocals. VCM technology lets you experience the unique response and frequency response of an analog masterpiece from the 1970s.
Compressor 260 – Re-introduces the classic sound of famous compressor/limiter modules used by audio professionals in the late 1970s. Carefully modeling the renowned voltage-controlled solid-state amplifiers and RMS detection circuitry that elevated the original equipment to legendary status, the Compressor 260 outperforms it in both the studio and concert halls
