With Sound Canvas VA you can now use classical sounds in your program as a VSTi plugin. It includes 1,600 high-quality sounds, plus 64 different insert effects, main effects such as reverb and EQ, and extensive sound editing options.
There was a time when this package installed as your system’s GM synthesizer; like Quicktime’s built-in software synth…….. Band-in-a-Box users relied on the Sound Canvas software synth and its superior quality instruments. At some point over the years Roland stopped that feature. Anybody know if this version is capable of replacing Windows/Quicktime synths>
