VSC (Virtual Sound Canvas) is a software sound module that provides a complete set of MIDI instruments of the General MIDI 2 and Roland GS standards for use on a PC (Windows XP, 2000, Me, 98)
In particular, the VST versions allow you to play the entire set of Virtual Sound Canvas sounds in real time from a MIDI keyboard when playing or recording through compatible software such as Cakewalk SONAR or Cubase VST.
Specialized VST versions ensure low latency when transmitting MIDI data between your computer and keyboard, preventing unwanted note delays while playing. Virtual Sound Canvas offers an impressive sound set: 902 instruments and 26 drum kits, including grand and electric pianos, brass sections, basses, and guitars, and serves as the perfect 16-part sound engine for playing and recording MIDI files and accompaniment.
The Control Window allows you to easily assign Program Changes, adjust the volume, pan, and expression for each part, and control the level and type of reverb, chorus, and delay effects for each sound.
