Odyssey is an exclusive audio work dedicated to angelic voices, where celestial harmonies and enchanting melodies merge to create a unique sonic embrace. In Odyssey, we carefully sampled the soprano voice of Sarah Müller, capturing her expressiveness and natural nuances to the fullest.
In Odyssey, we’ve enhanced our True Legato engine by offering two distinct True Legato instruments: Angelic True Legato and Odyssey True Legato, each with its own set of articulations. Angelic True Legato is ideal if you’re looking for a very light, angelic voice with a slightly breathy quality. It includes two main articulations: “A” and “U.” Odyssey True Legato was developed for a more structured vocal sound. Our goal was to preserve its inherent lightness while creating a more operatic and classical tone. It includes several articulations: “O,” expressive syllables, “A,” and a special short articulation. These patches include the brand-new Adaptive True Legato feature, which, when enabled, intelligently responds to your playing speed, ensuring every legato transition is smooth and seamless.
Odyssey offers a wide selection of vocal phrases that add extra expressiveness to your compositions. We’ve even added the ability to select vocal phrases using key switches, giving you the freedom to dial in the exact tone you need without disrupting your creative process.
The three Polyphonic Syllables Builder instruments provide a convenient way to create expressive, playable choral atmospheres, while providing complete control over harmony, timbre, syllables, and sequences.
The final instrument is a powerful 3-layer texture builder. With this unique instrument, you can create expressive vocal textures. It also comes with a number of presets to get you started. At the core of this instrument is a rewritten version of Elements Kepler’s Hybrid Engine. The Hybrid Vocal Synth engine makes it incredibly easy to modify the original sound, allowing you to achieve completely different sonic textures.
