instructions?
There is no mac vst with this release but you can download for free from their site. No installation instructions expect this below, but still trying to figure out how to make it work.
Download from Irish Acts site (oneDrive link).
You will now see 4 folders to choose from
Infinity v3 (WinX32)
Infinity v3 (WinX64)
Infinity v3 (Mac-AU)
Infinity v3 (Mac-VST)
Right click on the folder containing the version you wish to download, and select the option to download. Your download will now begin as a zip file.
Once downloaded, please unzip the file to whatever folder you run your VSTs / AUs from. You are now ready to launch Infinity from a DAW / VST / AU HOST of your choice.
Still not working (on Mac at least, I will try on windows later). Anyone able to get this to work?
How fucking hard is it to make a goddamn .component file when making synths is literally your existence… people at “irish acts” are clearly fuck ups and retards….
not just component – vst also hot mess. nothing works on Mac, the demo has no way to install or test. Waste of time.
SO you gotta download the free .component file off their website… and all the expansions will work… Sounds REALLY good tho
When I copied the Russian instructions into Google translate, it was explained. The “Expansions” folder has to be in the same parent folder as the .dll or the .vst3 (for Windows). Once I did that, the instruments loaded fine. I don’t have a Mac but I suspect it’s similar.
Working on windows. Good JD800 and Kawai 5000 plugin/emulation. Volume/level of Planetary and First contact are lower than rest, but otherwise good.
Mac still not work, downloaded .component from irish site, as madbuzz suggested (thanks, madbuzz, appreciate you try to help). AU and VST plugin versions are 2.7, not 3.0. Running mac Mojave. AU version does not show up in Hosting AU, Garage Band, Logic, or Live. VST3 version does not show up in Bitwig or Live. Not sure what else to try or just give up.
I WOULD LIKE TO SEE AN AUDIOTHING PACK. LOTS OF DEAD TORRENTS FOR MAC AUDIOTHING PRODUCTS AND THE AUTHORIZATION IS EASY TO SPOOF
Hey guys I love your website and I thank you a lot for all the nice work, but have you guys forgotten about Mac users? 🙁
