Description : The new Equalize 2 is now with two filters: with a total gain slope and gain bandwidth.
Acon Digital Equalize is a plugin – parametric equalizer that combines unique features with an excellent workflow and an intuitive user interface. Unlike other equalizers, you can freely adjust not only the center frequency, gain and bandwidth, but also the slope of the filter for each band. The slope of the filter can be set from 3 dB to ultra sharp 120 dB per octave.
Needless to say, you can use Equalize as a plug-in with zero delay when using the minimum phase mode or choose to preserve the phase relationships in the linear phase mode. However, Equalize takes one more step and introduces a unique mixed phase mode that allows you to set the delay freely in the range from 5 to 120 milliseconds while maintaining the phase relations as much as possible. This gives unique control over potential pre-sonic artifacts, which is a common problem with linear phase filtering. Band parameters can be adjusted using knobs directly in the graphical representation of the frequency response, including bandwidth and filter slope. A flexible real-time analyzer allows you to track every aspect of processing. You can easily switch between processing the whole, mid, side, left or right channels for each band, and Equalize automatically routes the audio inside to ensure the best results and the lowest possible delay.
