Description : Piano is the only non-electric instrument included in the V Collection software package. It offers the user two types of instruments: a piano and a piano. Nine virtual models are collected from them, from traditional to the most unusual. For example, a glass piano – did anyone ever see such a thing? And such an instrument is present here. No less surprising is another experimental model – with a metal case. The strings in it are the most ordinary, however, all these βironβ resonances bring sonority and a certain uniformity to the sound, appropriate for bold experiments, but not very suitable for piano playing. Personally, Iβm still inclined to simulate the timbres of the piano within its natural capabilities, and everything else is attributed to the synthesizers βresponsibility.
The sound of the piano is beautiful, the mechanical settings give enough freedom to deeply change the properties of the instrument. And the virtual rooms in which you can place it respond quite realistically, so that the output is heard natural live sound.
Some notes about the plugins – testing in Ableton Live 10 some of the VST3 plugins crash when you delete them from a track, this is a problem for legit users too. VST and AU are not affected despite the AU wrapping the VST3 plugin – more reason to just switch to AU full time so you can use Live 10.1.4 too. AAX is working as it is wrapping the VST3 in Library / Arturia / PRODUCT NAME. Do not remove Arturia Software Center. Make sure to read instructions carefully – CASHMERE
