Everything you hear has been crafted, programmed, and prepared to the expert standard you’ve come to expect from Loopmasters. The collection features over 500 individual elements, ranging from ethereal atmospheres and searing basslines to modulated FX and powerful synths—all conjured by our diabolical collaborator and captured in 24-bit quality.
With 200 gritty, futuristic, and dangerous drum loops across four different tempos, “Dark Atmospherics 2” is perfect for layering into your mixes or adding syncopation to your grooves. It also includes over 300 one-shots—comprising melodic and atmospheric elements—along with a variety of multi-sampled instruments, more than 200 REX2 loops, and 153 sampler patches. In creating “Dark Atmospherics Vol 2,” Colin utilized various hardware synthesizers (Dave Smith Prophet 12, Access Virus TI, Moog Little Phatty, Waldorf Blofeld, Roland Juno, and JD-800), sampling and processing the sounds through high-quality gear, including Apogee converters, Vertigo VSM, Manley Massive Passive, Eventide H910, Neve 88RS, and API 2500.
