Changelog v15.0.10 :
January 27, 2026 – Cubase 15.0.10 update is available.
This update contains numerous fixes and improvements in several areas of the application.
Additionally, the HALion Sonic update to version 7.1.50 adds support for resizing the HALion Sonic plug-in window in Cubase.
Yamaha Omnivocal (Beta) has been updated to version 1.1.3, which introduces additional improvements.
Pattern Editor

Patterns now automatically inherit chords from the Chord Input. This applies when creating new patterns and when creating new MIDI tracks with the Event Type set to Pattern Event, preserving the harmonic context from the start.
Pattern events now include a dedicated Pattern field in the info bar, allowing you to quickly switch the active pattern for the selected event without opening additional editors.
A new auto-scroll mode (page scrolling) is available in the Pattern Editor toolbar, making it easier to track playback when editing long patterns.
The “Show only tracks with steps” filter is now preserved when using the Randomizer or Variations, so track visibility remains exactly as you set it.
In Drum Mode, you can now reorder drum sounds. The control is located at the top of the step track list, which is especially useful when adapting layouts to different drum maps or workflows.
Hub Window

A new option is available in the Hub Settings dialog that displays the “Default” and “Project Folder Name” directly on the Projects page for quicker access.
If the “Use Default Location” option wasn’t previously enabled, you can enable it by clicking the folder icon.
Score Editor

Dynamics can now be placed independently on both note lines of double-note instruments, giving you the ability to properly manage piano-style notation.
An issue has been resolved where multiple dynamics could appear duplicated during editing.
Tremolo articulations from expression maps are now displayed correctly in the score and no longer appear as staccato dots.
The Symbols tab now displays symbol names in the current interface language.
Hiding explicit uneven bars now also hides associated brackets of uneven bars, resulting in clearer notation.
Notes in certain chords now display with the correct duration when using display quantization at certain rhythmic positions.
Importing from Dorico and MusicXML

Gradual tempo changes are now correctly imported from Dorico and MusicXML files.
Beat groupings are preserved across barlines and no longer change unexpectedly upon import.
Tempos no longer double when importing Dorico projects containing gradual tempo changes.
Display quantization no longer causes incorrect note lengths in imported projects.
Miscellaneous

Saving a project while the MIDI controller is disconnected no longer causes MIDI Remote settings to be lost.
Audio events are now automatically reselected after editing volume curves with the Draw tool.
The Select All Events command is again available in the context menu for automation tracks.
The mouse cursor now correctly returns to its original position after copying using the ALT/Option modifier.
Audible artifacts have been eliminated when using modulators on a track’s volume with the ASIO-Guard level set to Normal.
Copying and pasting EQ settings now immediately activates the EQ on the destination channel, as expected.
Creating Warp markers from strike points now works correctly for audio events within audio parts.
Reliability issues with Nektar Impact LX series MIDI controllers have been fixed.
Projects now correctly restore all Transformer MIDI plug-in settings upon loading.
Deleting projects from the Hub now safely moves the files to the operating system’s Recycle Bin instead of permanently deleting them.
Adding a new articulation to a note event now correctly replaces other articulations in the same group.
Expression Map sound slots now continue to switch correctly after receiving remote trigger events.
Step handling in melodic mode with polyphonic voices has been improved when using Variation and Density.
Rerouting multiple channels to another location now works reliably when using modifiers.
Issues with text truncation in various pop-up panels, such as Recording Modes, have been fixed.
Selecting a process via the search field and creating a new version no longer causes instability.
Changing accents in click patterns now works reliably.
The Edit VST Instrument command line once again works for sampler and drum tracks.
MIDI CC data and automation data are now displayed with improved contrast, better adapting to different editor background colors.
Focus indicators for editor zones have been improved, making it easier to identify the active zone.
MIDI tracks can now be correctly selected via the Find Tracks and Find Track/Channel panels.
Logical Editor presets now work as intended.
Articulations assigned to note events shortly before a loop transition now play correctly.
Values entered in the “MIDI Modifier” section of the Inspector are now consistently accepted.
The “Transport Rewind” and “Forward” operations no longer cause notes to hang when using key shifts.
