TCD NOTE :
The official installer states that MIDI FX VST3 works “only on Cubase”.
If you do not have the included MIDI_Driver_2.1.0.44 driver installed properly, the standalone program will hang for 20-30 seconds
until it starts. To avoid this during installation, simply make sure the driver is installed and running. It is also recommended to disable
the driver in the Device Manager, devmgmt.msc, when not in use. It is simply good practice not to load drivers into memory
when not needed. Your behavior should determine how and when, or what you do here.
