Description :
After a long development cycle, we are pleased to announce the release of the first version of the R2R system.
It includes a wealth of “witches’ wisdom” that will make life better for us, end users, and other hackers.
In future releases, the R2R system will be the default. Please get used to these new tools before it’s too late.
Please note that version 1.x is considered an open beta. If necessary, a major update may
introduce breaking changes for developers (especially to the SDK).[collapse]

• New: EZKG_GetFileInfoIndex() function is available. It returns the BY_HANDLE_FILE_INFORMATION index value.

Version 1.2.0 [03/28/2026]
• New: Added new WitchUnIns to create a batch uninstaller for R2R installers.
• New: WitchWand throws an error if WitchMagic is built for a newer R2R system.
• New: Updated R2R signature to version 2. Version 2 (which is more secure than version 1) is better suited for emulated Windows environments.
Future versions of Magic will be signed with version 2. Version 1 signature checking on the R2R system will be discontinued in the future.
• Fixed: Text output of EZKG_Juce*() functions is not null-terminated.

Comments on this update:
• Uninstalling the batch uninstaller is now much easier than before!
• We didn’t think we’d need to check the version because we always provide enough information in the Runtime.txt file.
• Version 1 of the signature uses the ECDSA P256 + SHA512 algorithm. There are no problems on real Windows machines.
The problem is that the P256 + SHA512 combination is not that popular and can cause problems in the emulated Windows environment.
That’s why we switched to version 2 (ECDSA P521 + SHA512). Please note that we will no longer change the signature scheme
unless we find a vulnerability. If Windows emulation still doesn’t work correctly, please contact
the emulator developer for a fix or contribute to the solution.

• Some users asked for a music extraction feature. Here you are.
• The DSASignRawDirect() function is used in kiloHearts to sign non-hash objects.
• OpenSSL version 1.0.2 is used in the BlackRoosterAudio magic for some secret reasons.
In the previous version, it was statically linked. In the next release, it will be used in libeay32.dll.
• Plugin Alliance uses the RC4 algorithm with a 268-byte key.

Installing the R2R System :
Before you begin installation
• Remove all previous R2R systems – Network Block Runtime v1.x and v2.x
Part 1
•
1. Open the R2RCA.cer
file 2. Select “Install certificate”
3. Select “Local computer”
4. Click “Next”
5. Select “Place all certificates in the following store”
6. Click “Browse”
7. Select “Trusted Root Certification Authorities” and click “OK”
8. Click “Next”
9. Click “Finish” 10. “Import completed successfully”
message will appear 11. Run R2RCERTEST.exe which will confirm the certificate installation
Part 2
•
1. Install R2R System v1.xxexe
2. Go to C:\Program Files\TEAM R2R\R2R System
3. Open WitchConfig.exe
4. In the User Information tab , enter the data
• In the User Name line, only names with one capital letter are accepted , for example, “Rutracker”
5. Click “OK”
If you are concerned that someone can steal your data from the registry, you can set a password to encrypt the data.
In this case, you will need to enter the password every time you start [WitchMagic] .
• Click Set New Password , enter any password
• Click OK
Note :
• If the “Signature verification failed” error occurs when activating the software using the R2R System, restart your PC or move the .r2rwm file to another drive and run it.
• If you previously installed the R2RCA.cer certificate, you do not need to install it again; proceed directly to installing R2R System v1.x.x.

For end users
R2R System is an ecosystem built on our experience.
It contains the necessary tools and runtimes to use our release.

[WitchMagic] is an executable file for the R2R System with the *.r2rwm extension.
It is a modern alternative solution that has replaced the previous keygen.exe.

Most of the necessary components are already included in the R2R System .

Removing products one by one is a tedious task.
Simply run [WitchUnIns] and specify the developer’s name.
The program will create a *.cmd batch file for running uninstallers in silent mode.
Always verify the resulting file before running!

If you are experiencing problems with your antivirus, such as false positives, you can exclude these files and folders from scanning. - Folder with R2R system executable files.

Are you tired of entering the same information into the key generator over and over again?
After you enter your details, [WitchMagic] will automatically fill out the form.
There are fairly strict restrictions on user data.
This is due to our experience developing key generators.
User data will be stored in the registry in plain text.
“HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\TEAM R2R\R2R System\User Info” .
If you’re concerned about someone stealing your registry data, you can set a password to encrypt the data.
In this case, you’ll be prompted to enter the password each time you launch [WitchMagic] .
* If you forgot your password, delete the key from the registry.

Many of the latest patched versions of R2R link to these emulated DLLs instead of the original Windows DLLs
to avoid interfering with software. This does not affect the stability of legitimate operating systems and applications,
as none of the original Windows DLLs have been modified, and legitimate software does not load these R2R DLLs at all.
-=[ Extracting background music from WitchMagic ]=-
Since version 1.1.0, [WitchWand] can extract background music from [WitchMagic].
Usage: WitchWand.exe -extractbgm WITCHMAGIC_PATH
Unfortunately, [WitchWand] doesn’t know what format is used for background music.
You may have to specify the file extension yourself.

If you’re doing reverse engineering, you might want to monitor [WitchMagic] in action.
[WitchMagic] is a DLL file loaded by WitchWand.exe.
Run WitchWand.exe in the debugger and specify the path to [WitchMagic] as an argument.
Thanks to the R2R system, [WitchMagic] contains very little code. Reading and debugging won’t take much time.
We’re confident that [WitchMagic] will be an excellent learning tool.

R2R System what is it for?
R2R System is a utility system from
Team R2R that is used in their music plugin and software releases.
Simply put, it’s the infrastructure that allows their patches and keygens to work.
What is the R2R System for?
Launching new keygen modules
Previously, releases included a regular keygen.exe.
Now a new system is used:
WitchWand → launches WitchMagic
The WitchMagic file (.r2rwm) contains the license generation logic.
Internet blocking for R2R System plugins
replaces Windows network libraries:
WINHTTP.dll
WININET.dll
WINTRUST.dll
WS2_32.dll
This is done to prevent the program from checking the license online.
Common platform for releases
Now all new R2R releases use one system:

This simplifies updates.
Automatic name substitution
In the settings, you can save:
User Name
Company
Email
And the keygen automatically substitutes them in activation.
R2R developed this system because antivirus programs began deleting regular keygen.exe files en masse.
The new WitchMagic system is more stable and harder to detect.
What is its advantage over the usual method of hacking via keygen?
Fewer false positives from antivirus programs
Old keygens were often detected as viruses by antivirus programs.
In the new scheme:
WitchWand → launches WitchMagic (.r2rwm)
The license generator itself is a small module, while the main logic is located within the system.
This makes it more difficult for antivirus programs to detect the keygen signature.
Universal system
Previously, each plugin had its own
keygen.exe
Now uses a single platform:
WitchConfig
WitchDiag
WitchWand
WitchMagic
This makes releases more unified and easier to update.
Blocking network checks
The system has special built-in DLL modules that:
• intercept Windows network functions
• prevent the program from checking the license online
This protects activation from server checks.
User convenience
You can save user data:
Name
Company
Email
And when generating a license they are substituted automatically.
Less code in the generators themselves.
WitchMagic files (.r2rwm) contain only the key generation logic.
The rest of the infrastructure is already in the system.
This makes releases:
• more compact
• easier to maintain
