Description: The Sparkletop (Silvertop) model from the 1960s determined the further development of this vintage keyboard. The Purgatory Creek Soundware Sparkletop has been deeply sampled with eight levels of velocity recorded over the duration of the notes.
Made in the 1960s, this was the first commercial version of the famous piano manufacturer. Unique to the Sparkletop series are the traditional felt hammers (compared to neoprene in later models). The sound of the instrument is featured in many films of the late 1960s.
You’ll find a three-band EQ, volume for sampled releases, and a velocity curve dialog that allows the user to adjust the instrument to respond to touch. In addition, there are controls for tremolo, phaser and reverb effects. Finally, a number of amplifier simulations are proposed.
