Doesnt make sense. Has to have been previously installed? So which version do i need to install first? And do I just install this straight up on top of said other version? or delete other version then install this?

I noticed that too..maybe not cured correctly, I am trying by turning to 127.0.0.1 nuroaudio.com in hosts file. In my case it happens what you are saying, but not that frequently.
