Description : The Novation V-Station Virtual Analog Synthesizer recreates the powerful and rich sound of the K-Station synthesizer as a computer plug-in. The V-Station reproduces complex and harmonically rich sounds through the Liquid Analog synthesis engine it uses, and has a clear and responsive interface with key dials and switches that are activated by pressing the mouse buttons.
The V-Station software synthesizer delivers the true three-oscillator versatility of the award-winning K-Station, great analog filters, 8-voice polyphony, customizable synchronized FX effects, and cool sounds that only Novation can offer. The abyss of program locations and the versatility you get from integrating them with your sequencer and / or disc-based recording installation make it a useful tool, which is also a team player. Sounds created on a V-station can be downloaded to an A-station or K-station, and vice versa.
Getting the best out of the V-Station is easy. All the main controls that form the sound are right on the main screen. Clear, clear and simple. Call up a preset, make detailed settings, and instantly save the sound to any of the 400 program locations. Need more? Just click and you will find additional functions and controls on the other three screens.
Three powerful oscillators provide you with all the classic sound waves, including a sine wave for bass-pumped waves that rock the bases of buildings of grooves. All sound waves have the possibility of duplication, which creates a twin of the sound wave without losing polyphony. Oscillators can be set to work in unison or for a synchronized action, and can use FM to generate metallic or percussion timbres. The noise generator is also included in the sound wave engine.
Filters in the Novation V-Station give a rich, smooth sound of analog filters. Selectable low-pass filter, trimming 12 dB or 24 dB with resonance and distortion, which make it easy to recreate anything from a dirty TB303 to a solid sound with a rounded bass.
Call the V-Station device and immediately receive an additional eight available voices with a new sound, if required. The ability to use multiple devices allows V-Station to launch as many multitimbral parts as the power and performance of a computer will allow.
The Novation V-Station adapts the sound structure of the Supernova Synthesizer synthesizer to apply six effects simultaneously on each part of the multi-timbral synthesizer. Effects include distortion, stereo chorus, phaser, reverb effect, pan timing, and delay.
The arpeggiator provides programmable speed, sync, and sweep range for each device, allowing you to perform a comprehensive sync of effects with a time criterion. Install multiple devices, press one key and distribute the wall of sound. All running arpeggiators and LFOs can be individually synchronized via MIDI synchronization in different clocks.
Covering a wide range of sounds, from scorching leads to pathetic pads, from refined electric pianos to cool funk bass, this software synthesizer is able to deliver first-class sounds.
