Description:
This experimental digital reverb was inspired by the digital rack units of the early 90s. Based on a modified Dattorro algorithm, the sound is passed through four separate delay lines and diffusers that are connected in an infinite loop, allowing the sound to move and continue to change and distort until the end of time.
We’ve added a few “unusual” features that give the game more character.
Overview:
Up to 12 diffusers in series can delay sound and create a nonlinear reverb tail, which at extreme settings seems to defy the laws of physics.
Built-in saturation adds subtle harmonics and overtones, making the sound richer.
Pitch shifters add an octave above and/or below the original signal, turning an already eerie reverb into a full-blown alien nightmare.
Freeze the circular buffer for an endless drone effect.
This plugin is best suited for synthesizing dark, foreboding soundscapes, ideal for horror and sci-fi soundtracks.
