Studio Special Edition Volume 2 features over 40 additional instruments and ensembles, in addition to the standard instruments from Volume 1. Included are chamber strings, solo instruments and ensembles of woodwinds and brass, keyboards, as well as plucked strings and percussion instruments. Most instruments were recorded in the relatively dry and controlled Silent Stage environment, giving you plenty of options for placing instruments in any acoustic environment of your choice, including presets for ideal placement on the A Synchron Stage Vienna.

Vienna Synchron Player includes a custom-designed convolution reverb, powered by Vienna MIR Pro 3D, that captures the remarkable ambience of the 540 sq. m (5,813 sq. ft.) Synchron Stage Vienna main hall. Perfectly crafted reverb and placement presets combine customizable impulse responses with professionally crafted reverb settings for each instrument or ensemble. Adding the ambience of Synchron Stage Vienna’s Stage A to relatively dry real-time samples, Studio Special Editions pair seamlessly with any other product in our Synchron series, resulting in a production-ready sound right out of the box. By disabling the built-in convolution reverb, you can place all instruments and ensembles anywhere in the stereo field and in any acoustic environment, from dry rooms to stages and halls.

NSK Integration
Special Studio editions support Native Instruments’ NKS format and are compatible with the Komplete Kontrol and Maschine keyboards. Use the illuminated backlight to quickly identify key switches and playback ranges of your instruments, preview and preview sounds, and quickly adapt them using preset controls.
