Changelog
EZkeys 2.1.0 Release Notes: 2024-10-16
Please note that version 2.1.0 is required to support EZkeys Sound Extensions (EKX) released from now on (Q4 2024).
Changes (General) : –
● Minimum OS requirements have been raised to macOS 10.13 and Windows 10.
● 125% scaling should now look sharper (on low resolution screens).
The Keys tab:
● Changed the mouse wheel step size for knobs in Effects (though this doesn’t affect “smooth mouse wheels” like trackpads).
If you hold Shift, the step/change will be smaller.
Grooves Tab
● Filter columns and search results are now accessible to screen readers.
Bug Fixes (General) :
● Some settings, such as Decay/Sustain in Dark Industrial, were not called correctly when opening a project.
Even if they looked fine, they might not be so inside.
Song track
● Moving a groove on a track would sometimes change another groove.
● The “Add Chords to Chord Track” function would sometimes not work correctly if chords already existed for some MIDI parts.
● It was not possible to record CC pitch.
● Fixed an issue with CC recording. This could result in incorrect tempos being created.
● Stopping recording before the end of a note would make it very short. The note will now be extended to where recording was stopped.
● In Session Organ, when using MIDI blocks that had been resized, notes that went over the edges could be played and would become hanging.
● Some chords with b13 were named incorrectly.
Grid Editor
● In the Sustain editor, changing the block size now only creates one Undo event instead of two.
Settings
● Mouse wheel did not work on metronome level sliders.
