Description: RC-20 Retro Color is a creative effect that adds life and texture to any recording. It easily recreates the warm, cozy atmosphere of vintage recording equipment, but also works great in any modern production context. Installation and activation :
0. Uninstall all programs from XLN Audio released before 2017.
1. On behalf of the administrator, run the Setup RC-20 Retro Color v1.0.3.exe file and install.
2. On behalf of the administrator, run the file R2R_IS_AGAINST_BUSINESS_WAREZ_170811.cmd (folder R2R distribution). A black window will appear with the inscriptions. Press any key, the window will close.
In this case, an entry 127.0.0.1 www.r2rdownload.com and 127.0.0.1 www.elephantafiles.com need will be added to the hosts file (for blocking software for automatic update and activation)
3. Verify that the entry has been added. To do this, go to C: \ Windows \ System32 \ drivers \ etc and open the hosts file using notepad.

There is no file for this in the download that you have provided. We need this in order to succesfully run RC-20 . can you please fix this

Cannot get through the adfly and the other one. Tried many times but just gets stuck on adverts no download begins.

Aceswild33: the “hosts” file is not included in downloads.
It’s a file in %WINDIR%\system32\drivers\etc\ folder (where %WINDIR% is your Windows installation folder)
And it needs to be edited with admin rights (better copy it somewhere else, edit and then copy it back to its place, overwriting the original, then restart PC)
This doesn’t work, there is no ISO and disturbingly the file size of the DLL is 3kb. If I’ve got a RAT virus I can only hope whoever made it is too lazy to maintain it.

this site is probably the only one i trust when downloading plugins. if you are paranoid about downlaoding malware you can always upload the .exe file to https://www.virustotal.com/gui/
