Description : MusicScope is a high-precision software audio analyzer and measurement tool that functions like an audio microscope for visualizing various aspects of a music collection’s quality. Implementation of international audio standards (EBU R128 and ITU-R BS-1770) ensures full compatibility with professional studio software, but with the advantage of being usable without the in-depth knowledge of a sound engineer. It can analyze both digital music and analog sources, such as vinyl records or tape recordings. Built-in modules (jitter and THD analyzers) allow you to measure the parameters of HiFi components (e.g., digital-to-analog converters or headphone amplifiers).
- Download the .dmg file.
- Open the folder and move the program icon to the Applications folder, wait until the transfer is complete.
- Open the terminal.
- Copy and paste the following command line, then press Enter: xattr -cr /Applications/MusicScope.app
- After pressing Enter, wait 5 seconds. If the terminal displays no errors, you’ve done everything correctly.
