TAL-J8X is an instrument plugin that simulates the sound of an 80s analog synthesizer with additional features that give this synthesizer a fresh touch.
Emulation of an 80s hardware synthesizer (rev 2 / OS 3.1).
Modern filter mode allows self-oscillation.
Create and play chords.
Arpeggiator with different scales.
High-quality EQ, delay and reverb effects.
Aftertouch and MPE support.
Microtuning support (tun file import and MTS client).
Including original factory banks.
Over 600 presets from Electric Himalaya, Saif Sameer, Sound Author, Empty Vessel, VIC-20, TAL, Heat Audio, FMR and others.
Individual tuning for each voice converts the synthesizer’s DCO to VCO.
Reads Sysex and MIDI Sysex files from the hardware device (tone data from the JX-8P, JX-10, MKS-70).
You can also control the hardware device. If enabled, Sysex is transmitted via the plugin’s MIDI output (only possible with DAW support).
