Description
The original musical instruments of the great composers are now ancient museum exhibits, which are hundreds of years old, and their condition excludes the possibility of their intended use.
But in recent years, specialists have begun to recreate the musical past of the human race, creating authentic replicas of ancient instruments. Using authentic materials and traditional techniques from the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries, instrument makers create incredibly accurate replicas of the finest instruments from days gone by.

These new and beautiful instruments embody the rich musical heritage of the past in the present, showing how incredibly diverse the predecessors of modern musical instruments were. This collection of virtual sampler instruments is designed to give a more accurate immersion in the culture of the 16th, 17th and 18th centuries in its musical aspect, being a source of inspiration for the composers of today, and bringing fresh colors to the sound palette of any composer or musician.
The Conservatoire Collection was created in collaboration with the Birmingham Conservatory, known as a center for the study of early music, which shows Soniccouture’s consistently serious approach to their creations.
