‘VCS3: Uncooperative Sequences’ is an essential piece of anoglue sampled goodness. Paul Rez, producer of ‘Analogue Witchcraft’ and ‘Voodooteque’ returns with another pack of genre-bending, ear tingling samples, this time incorporating analogue synth loops from the mighty EMS VCS3 synth.
This devious synth truly has a mind of its own, but after a lot of kicking and screaming and wrestling in to place, it can deliver some rather exceptional loops and industrial sounds.
The sample pack has been divided into five main categories, with ‘Attack Button Melodies’, ‘Hertz Locker’, ‘How Deep Is Your Envelope’, ‘The Analogue Haka’ and ‘Trapezoid Two-step.’
Paul has given some of the loops and samples some extra processing, including re-amping and twisting the loops further into shape. The result is a hugely inspiring library of characterful synth loops that almost sound alive, and are perfect for a whole range of styles, from Industrial Techno and dark Dubstep to dirty Pop and Punk.
This sample library is available to download 100% royalty-free and weighs in at a healthy 700 MB of 24-Bit WAV loops and samples. You can also download as Apple Loops, REX2 Loops for Reason and Stylus RMX and ACIDized WAVs.
