Format: KONTAKT
Quality: 24 bit 44.1 kHz stereo
Description: The package includes three different Trumpets in Bb, Cornet, Flugelhorn, German Trumpet and Piccolo Trumpet. The main instrument material consists of 278 MB of samples, performed chromatically by a professional trumpeter, over almost the entire range of the instrument. All samples are not looped. The minimum duration of a sample is 10 seconds. The Trumpet engine is structured according to an adaptive model based on the reproduction of the “fingerprints” of a real instrument. The main goal of the model is to minimize the differences between “live” phrases played on a real instrument and the sound of a virtual instrument.
What’s new in Pipe 3?
Pipe 3 includes several interesting features:
New Early Reflections (ER) algorithm. Early reflections are the components of the sound that reach the listener immediately after reflecting off the nearest rear or side walls, ceiling and floor. They convey information about the spatial location of the instrument and significantly increase realism. The new ER algorithm uses the directional information of the multi-mic in an anechoic room recording environment to convey a full, rich timbre, including its polar pattern and add the “flavor” of the virtual space.
Virtual Soundstage. This new feature allows precise positioning of instruments in a “dimensionless” virtual space using early reflections, pre-delay, sophisticated panning and perceived distance algorithms. You can move the instrument forward, backward, sideways – or a combination of these movements. What’s more, you can move the instrument in real time, simulating the musician’s movement on stage. You can change the ratio of direct and reflected sound and even move the back wall, controlling the depth effect. This gives you the freedom to add the appropriate acoustic environment without causing multiple space problems. This can be done within a single Kontakt Player, which provides high-quality reverb convolution.
Real time Timbral Shaping. This revolutionary new feature adds virtually infinite timbral variety to individual instruments, acting on the amplitude of individual harmonics, or groups of harmonics, even in real time. This is not a graphic equalizer. The sections that are changed are not tied to specific frequencies, but to the first 10 harmonics of the played note. As a result, the affected frequencies change according to the selected section. So, for example, adding section #1 will increase the fundamental frequency (first harmonic) of each sounding note, making the sound rounder. Increasing sections #3, #4, #5 will increase the intensity of the corresponding harmonics, making the sound more “nasal”, etc.
Microtuning. This completely new feature meets the requirements of musicians using non-tempered tunings, so necessary for example in the music of the Middle East and Asia.
Expression Mapping. The user has the ability to independently draw changes in the CC response, which allows for better control over the dynamics. Especially with input devices such as breath and wind controllers.
Breathy Sound. Just play at a very low dynamic and low pitch, and you will get a very realistic raspy noise preceding the sound of the trumpet.
“For Unison Ensemble” IR. The specially developed impulse response significantly reduces phasing problems that can occur when several instruments are controlled by the same MIDI track (i.e. in unison).
Unison Ensemble Multi. Particular attention has been paid to creating realistic ensembles of solo instruments. Both when used on separate MIDI tracks and when you play in unison on a single MIDI track. An advanced “ensemble maker” has been developed to influence the time, dynamic and static pitch change, phase, response of the dynamic parameters pitchbend, velocity, portamento time in such a way that when the instruments are controlled by the same MIDI track, each instrument will sound as if a different musician is playing. A ready-to-use Multi, in which three specially developed Trumpets, an ensemble maker and a corresponding reverb are suitable for unison playing. Included with the tool.

I’m having this exact same issue with nearly everything ive downloaded from here within the last month or 2. The KTP Library Manager doesnt seem to find anything in the folders wether it has the complete VST or not. Not sure whats going on but its worked on everything until i downlaoded the GGD pV kit and aftert that its defunct.. Im not the only one clearly.. Can admin Please enlighten us maybe how to get these to work again. Because atm, im completely bemused as to why ive had it perfectly working and then it just doesnt.. Its quite frustrating and Ive had a few issues but this one is really annoying!
