Description: The award-winning Band-in-a-Box program is very easy to use! Simply enter the chords for any song using standard chord symbols (such as C, Fm7 or C13b9), select the style you want, and Band-in-a-Box does the rest. Band-in-a-Box automatically creates professional-quality finished arrangements using piano, bass, drums, guitar, and strings in a wide range of popular styles – jazz, pop, country, blues, classical, Latin, rock, and more.
We’ve added 64 new features to Band-in-a-Box® 2019, including…
Now a new 64-bit version of Band-in-a-Box®. These are the latest Band-in-a-Box® 2019 features and state of the art 64-bit audio app. This means that it can use the latest audio drivers and plug-ins designed for the 64-bit audio engine in your Windows OS. We’ve also included a 32-bit version of Band-in-a-Box® with similar features.
The Band-in-a-Box® VST plugin is separate from the Band-in-a-Box® app and works directly inside DAWs (Cakewalk, Reaper, Pro Tools, PreSonus, etc.). The plugin uses the content (RealTracks, Styles, etc.) present in your bb folder to create audio or MIDI tracks that you can drag and drop from the plugin into your DAW.

    From the description:
“The award-winning Band-in-a-Box program is very easy to use!”
And then you begin to see that it’s many miles deep. The preferences sections (yes, plural 🙂 alone are incredibly versatile. There are literally thousands of styles with even further sub-styles. If a DAW like Cubase or Studio One were Photoshop, Band in a Box would be Photoshop + Illustrator + PowerPoint.
If laying down a chord progression with libraries of styles is all you need, ChordPulse is IMO the tame version of BIAB.
