A new era of real-time orchestration. Do you want to play your solo instruments as part of an ensemble? Whether it’s a symphony orchestra, a swinging big band, or an experimental synth stack, Divisimate 2 transforms all your virtual instruments into an ensemble that can be orchestrated, arranged, and recorded together.

How it Works

Divisimate 2 works as a standalone application or as a plug-in in your DAW. The software creates 32 virtual MIDI ports that you can select as input for any instrument in your sequencer. When you set up a template, Divisimate processes each instrument individually. Divisimate then interprets your MIDI input and distributes the parts according to your template.

Real-Time MIDI Engine

Our innovative algorithm separates the notes you play into individual musical voices. Each voice can then be processed, modified, and routed to different virtual instruments. Eliminate the tedious work of playing each instrument individually and focus on the joy of creating music.
• Select the number of voices you want to play and separate chords into individual musical notes.
• Choose from three different Divisimate modes that change how notes are distributed among the voices.

Main Features and Innovations :

• NEW: Arpeggiator Plugin – Arpeggiator with additional

Powerful sequencer features that let you create virtually any phrase and texture.
• NEW: Transformer Plugin – A real-time logic processor for MIDI that lets you transform and remap notes, controllers, and other information.
• NEW: Multitimbral Ports – Treat different MIDI port channels as separate, independent rows in an orchestration and access up to 512 instruments simultaneously.
• NEW: Preset Transitions – Orchestrations can now be instantly switched during playback, combined, and even layered with three different transition modes to choose from.
• NEW: Multipads – Automatically switch presets in a 3×3 matrix based on conditions such as top note, velocity, or CC values.
• NEW: VST/AU/AAX Plugin Version – Use Divisimate 2 directly in your DAW and send pre-recorded MIDI or record automation with the full-featured plugin version.
• NEW: Performance settings window with a number of settings:
– Customize the number of pages per performance, a maximum of 400 pads per performance, and a global keyswitch range that applies to your entire performance.
– Override global humanization settings for a performance.
– Choose a preset transition behavior for a performance.
• NEW: Import Presets – Import selected properties from a preset to another preset or to all presets in a performance.
• NEW: Multiple route selection on the Orchestrate page. Delete, drag, and copy multiple routes at once.
• NEW: Global scale and tempo settings can be locked to ignore preset changes.
• NEW: Section Headers – Right-click in the matrix to insert a section header and keep the Orchestrate page organized. • NEW: Nextmidi Merger Port – Nextmidi Hub now has the ability to add a “Merger Port” to combine multiple input devices into a single virtual MIDI port, making it easier to use multiple controllers with Divisimate plugin tracks.
