Description : Native Instruments MOD PACK takes three classic modulation effects – chorus, flanger and phaser and adds previously unseen functions. Each of them offers exciting new creative possibilities, as well as stunningly convincing results in the vintage style, making MOD PACK a necessary update from other modulation effects.
Native Instruments Choral : Draws on the sonic inspiration of some of the most iconic effects of the chorus over the past 40 years – including the cult stances and unison effects of synthesizers. Add width, movement, gloss and flicker to any signal or use the new Scatter feedback mode. This avoids an unpleasant metallic sound. Instead, a completely new effect is created, similar to reverberation. Classic effects contained a small number of settings – On, Off and Type, as a rule, are the only controls. Our plugin offers many customizable parameters. The number of votes can be set gradually from one to three, the synchronization rate can be changed manually, as well as the modulation rate, volume, mix, delay time, stereo width and feedback.
Native Instruments Flair : reverses the classic flanger effect on the head. FLAIR adds a revolutionary new Voices mode, which uses several delay lines to create tuned harmonic flanger and resonance layers. It even has 24 chord settings, offering different chords and note intervals. In addition to revolutionary features, FLAIR is able to use rich tape saturation and a pedal flanger, offering all the parameters you normally expect, such as tempo-synchronized pitch modulation.
Native Instruments Phasis : offers endless phasing sounds – adding motion, soul and creative magic to any signal. PHASIS draws inspiration from classic phasers, but adds powerful new features. For example, the Spread control modifies the step intervals of the vocal style. Heavy duty mode brings the modulation to ultra-high speeds, creating unique tonal FM-esque signals. The plug-in adjusts the density of the peaks and the quality of the slices in the spectrum and regardless of whether it is tuned to a single value, applied in real time or with automation or reversed with the “Invert” button, “Spread” provides a new effect for both the phasing process and vowel sounds of vocals. Thanks to the powerful stereo distribution function, advanced synchronization parameters and all the controls you expect from a professional phaser, PHASIS is already a formidable modulation device, but the ULTRA parameter outputs the effect to a new field of application. ULTRA increases the maximum modulation rate from 8.37 kHz to an incredible 477.3 kHz, which generates unusual FM-like effects that have never been heard before and can turn even white noise into an exciting sound.
