Korg is now pleased to introduce multi/poly native—a fully compatible software counterpart to the multi/poly hardware synthesizer. multi/poly native is available in VST3, AAX, and as a standalone application for macOS and Windows, as well as in AU format for macOS. You can seamlessly switch between hardware and software and access a growing number of excellent third-party libraries while staying up-to-date with updated sounds and software. Create in your DAW with multi/poly native, then play those same sounds on stage with the multi/poly hardware synthesizer. Create sounds using the hardware interface, then share them with colleagues working on a computer.
Multi/Poly is the first instrument to utilize KORG’s next-generation analog modeling technology, boasting a legendary blend of powerful sounds and experimental features inspired by modular systems. It’s like a polyphonic modular system in a compact and convenient package—a limitless playground for synth musicians and sound designers. Create hardware mixes with East-coast, West-coast, and wavetable oscillators, as well as a wide selection of filters with the new model. Bring them to life with models of various envelope circuits, VCAs, and portamento. Virtual voice maps provide organic tonal variation.
