This piano has a soft and delicate sound. The original Hohner Schwarzwald White Baby was carefully recorded. As with all Imperfect Samples libraries, the emphasis was on achieving a convincing sound with all the background noise that accompanies a real game.
This library sets a new standard for sampling: 8,900 samples, 34 layers (Mic Perspective 1 (two inches from the soundboard) – 17 layers, Mic Perspective 2 (close to the strings) – 16 layers, Mic Perspective 3 (two meters from the piano) – 17 layers ).
Releases with effects. It is based on the most accurate 24-bit quality. The library is presented in three versions – Basic, Pro and Complete (in this distribution – Complete). Imperfect Samples is a company that specializes in creating deliberately “non-ideal” libraries, that is, with background noise and small artifacts that are inevitable in a real game.
The products are widely used among professionals. The human brain is sensitive and understands the difference between natural recordings and quantized tracks. In pursuit of the perfect sound, the vast majority of library publishers create super clean-sounding ala midi instruments. With all Imperfect Samples libraries, you get super-characteristic pianos with their own unique sound.
Despite their considerable size, Imperfect Samples products quickly load into the sampler (Kontakt or EXS24) and occupy an acceptable sector of your computer’s RAM thanks to proper library setup.
