Description : Based in Cologne, Germany, producer Robert Babić, under the most famous and successful pseudonym, Rob Acid, released a number of influential techno records that helped him become one of Germany’s leading techno producers. Before adopting the Rob Acid moniker, he released music as Acid Warrior and Department of Dance on his Junkfood Records label.
However, after releasing several releases under the name Rob Acid, Babić cemented the name and achieved significant recognition, which led to him joining the largest and most well-known European techno label, Force Inc. While there, Babić released several Rob Acid records, while at the same time he began releasing more ambient and experimental records under his own name. Other Rob Acid recordings have appeared on London, Labworks (Colone Acid Science Trax), Important and Generator among other labels.
