StepicVST is not just a powerful and versatile polyphonic step sequencer. 8 additional and fully integrated modulation sequencers make it a real sound shaping tool. Use them to automate any parameter (eg filter cutoff, wavetable position, effect amount) of your favorite synths or effects devices. With MIDI CC support, StepicVST offers you parameter control for both software plugins and hardware devices.

Installing StepicVSTv. 1.1.0 :
1. Copy the ” Devicemeister ” folder to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\
2. From the StepicVST3_Win_x64 folder , copy the StepicVST.vst3 file to the c VST3 folder (by default C:\Program Files\Common Files\VST3 )

Installing Stepic MAX4Live 1.4.0 for Ableton :
1.Copy the folder ” Devicemeister ” to C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\
2. Close all running instances of Ableton Live and Max.
3. Copy Stepic.vst3 to \program files\Common Files\VST3 (it doesn’t matter if you have a custom VST3 folder or not)
4. Copy =(Stepic)=.amxd to your custom Ableton Live library and from there to the Max for subdirectory Live Midi Effects (usually located in \Users\[username]\Documents\Ableton\User Library\Presets\MIDI Effects\Max. MIDI Effect) 5. Launch

6. Go to Categories\Max for Live \Max Midi Effect.
7. Double-click =(Stepic)= or drag the device to the desired midi track and place it there.

– The second way to find out the location of your custom library is to right-click on an existing Max for Live Midi effect and select “Show in Explorer” from the context menu.
– If there is no VST3 folder in \program files\Common Files, create it.
