With intuitive controls for every part of the workflow, poltergate offers a quick and efficient solution to clean up your drum tracks and add lots of power.
Offering a combination solution that not only rids your drum tracks of leakage and unwanted signal components, but also offers a transient shaper. poltergate is a unique approach to drum processing with many additional features.
The sidechain section allows you to pick and adjust the internal sidechain signal that triggers the gate. The built-in EQ ensures that the gate only responds to the specified frequency range. This allows you to isolate the bass drum or snare drum, excluding other signals that may have entered the microphone. The gate then offers the usual threshold, attack, hold, and release controls to shape the envelope.
The built-in de-bleeder offers another way to get rid of unwanted sound leakage. With a choice of three modes, a pair of high and low pass filters and a release control, a custom algorithm removes cymbal signal or room leakage.
In the dynamics section, poltergate offers more ways to get the punchy drum sound you want. Here you can shape the transients using the Punch and Fat controls, as well as the Attack and Duration sliders. There is also a clipper.
With so many options, the Poltergate is a versatile dynamic toolkit for cleaning up your drum tracks. But it can also be used creatively. If you automate the gate parameters in your DAW, it becomes a creative tool that can transform loops and turn them into something new.

For quite a long time for links outside your “Download” links, like Linkvertise in this case, I’ve been running into something like “Invalid visit detected” window popup.
I do use Firefox with NoScript and AdBlock. For your sites AdBlock is disabled. When I get links outside your webpage, like gestyy.com and the like, I temporarily disable NoScript. If I don’t, I don’t get a countdown box in upper right. Those sites allow the download only if I do temp disable NoScript. Those non-Linkvertise links are fine.
Your “how to use this site” tutorial is excellent but at Linkvertise there’s no way around the “Invalid visit detected” obstacle.
Any thoughts appreciated…… nothing urgent, just curious if maybe it’s a cookie thing I can fix. Thanks!!! Oh, yeah….. is it possible to contact on your facebook page, as in do you still use it?
The change to the pop up mechanism was carried out unilaterally by the shortlink company, that’s why we are now starting to reduce the use of shortlinks and only use magnet links to make it easier for visitors.
