You need to have it on Kontakt, not Kontakt player which is the free version. There are some instruments which are Kontakt Player friendly but many high quality ones are exclusive to Kontakt. (Kontakt player and Kontakt are the same thing except that certain permissions are lifted for Kontakt). The only real way to get around the demo without buying Kontakt is to bounce a track with the demo version from midi to audio within the 15 minute demo time period.
