Chris Hein Solo Strings Complete is an extensive string library featuring Chris Hein Solo Violin EXtended, Solo Viola EXtended, Solo Cello EXtended and Solo ContraBass EXtended – all recorded with the greatest care and infinite detail, precisely edited and combined into a practical and musical instrument.
Fourteen instruments, a total of 100,000 individual samples, up to 38 articulations and 4 different legato transitions have been processed with unique phase-matching techniques to perfectly blend X-fade between 8 dynamic layers. Play from smooth and mellow to screaming with completely natural sound transitions, all without artifacts or phasing.
All instruments were played by professional studio musicians on specially selected instruments and were recorded with great care and detail. Their virtual counterparts have been further optimized for playability and performance (EX Instruments), saving your computer resources while still giving you access to all the articulations you need for an authentic performance.
Choose from 102 different attack shapes for each note using the unique Note Head feature, all with just one fader. Two built-in convolution reverbs allow you to design your instrument’s body and performance space.
