Just speaking from the experience, the display of so many presets WAY exceeded the ability to keep lines separate; items in lists were crunched vertically to the point of illegible. Using a 3840 x 2160 LG display on NVidia GeForce GTX 970. Any workarounds known, like to hear ’em 🙂
