After numerous inquiries about getting it available here—because of the generous amount of Akai formats here—, I FINALLY found CDExtract in a newsgroup on UseNet. There isn’t anything here that can deal directly with AKAI CD’s. Also stumbled upon SampleLord and Extreme Sample Convertor. All clean. Clueless but that;s partly due to megadoses of a substance called the 1970’s 🙂
I’d like to contribute to the library here but gotta get some knowledge first.
Maybe talk to ya later about AKAI stuff and extracting. How, other than hardware way do you access the proprietary AKAI discs?
