Description:
This is the latest released version!!!
Discovery Pro is a virtual analog synthesizer based on the Nord Lead, designed for use in your DAW. It features four layers, twelve oscillators, and 16 filter types—including Nord Lead Zero Delay Feedback, Moog Ladder, and Oberheim SEM models. Full Nord Lead SysEx import/export capabilities allow for bidirectional patch compatibility. It loads SFZ, WAV, and SoundFont files into its wavetable engine, while the PADsynth feature resynthesizes any sound into dynamic pads. An arpeggiator, panning modulation, stereo delay, gate, and step modulation effects round out the toolset.

Features:
Discovery Pro expands upon Discovery’s capabilities with a sample/wavetable engine, unison, 128-voice polyphony, PADSynth resynthesis, three additional oscillators, 16 filter types, and over 5,000 presets across 100 banks.

It includes a standalone application, graphical modules, a scalable GUI, keyboard octave splitting, aftertouch support, XML-based MIDI controller templates, zone presets, Nord Lead 2 SysEx import/export, and MTS-ESP microtuning.

The first synthesizer with an HDR interface. It displays in High Dynamic Range on macOS and compatible displays: LEDs, the display, and meters extend beyond the screen’s standard white point, making illuminated elements appear as actual light sources rather than just bright gray. On standard displays, the output reverts to the normal range without altering the layout.

Panel shading, knob rings, and text remain crisp at any GUI size, while extra space above the panel ensures fine details remain visible without obscuring bright areas.

Full MIDI Polyphonic Expression (MPE) applied to every note. Per-voice pressure, glissando, and Y-axis (CC74) data independently affect the engine, allowing you to bend, slide, and modulate a single finger while the rest of the chord remains static.

Connect a LinnStrument, ROLI Seaboard, Sensel Morph, Haken Continuum, or Expressive E Osmose, and the plugin automatically detects the MPE configuration message (RP-053) and configures itself. Control and member channel routing is handled correctly, ensuring hybrid controllers like the Osmose CE work exactly as expected. Real-time aftertouch and Y-axis feedback illuminate status indicators so you can see what each finger is doing.
